About Us

Jessica Leach, Patient Coordinator

Jessica is a veterinary assistant for Victory Veterinary Clinic. Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2012, Jessica has more than fifteen years of experience in veterinary medicine.

Jessica has a lively family that includes five dogs, six cats, two guinea pigs, and she has twin nieces that she loves to dote on. A fun fact about her is that she fosters for multiple animal rescue groups. In her spare time, Jessica loves to read, and has recently started getting into art.


Kaleb Lawson, Veterinary Assistant

Kaleb completed two years of educational experience and volunteering at local veterinary clinics when he was in high school. For two years, following high school, he gained further experience by utilizing his grooming skills, including bathing, drying, and brushing dogs. Kaleb is excited to be a part of the team at Victory Veterinary Clinic. His passion is driven by loving and providing proper care for patients in need. During his free time, Kaleb enjoys hanging out with friends and interacting with his dogs. He looks forward to expanding his knowledge of animal care while working at Victory Veterinary Clinic!


Nicole Evans Johnson, Receptionist

Nicole Evans Johnson is the youngest of two sisters and the mother of three sons. She was born and raised in Louisiana, specifically Jackson Parish, and moved to West Monroe following high school graduation. She now resides in Calhoun with two of her three sons. Nicole’s dream job has always been to work closely with animals, which she can now do at Victory Veterinary Clinic.


Brooklyn Groan, Veterinary Assistant

Brooklyn is a student at the University of Louisiana at Monroe where she is currently pursuing a double major in Accounting and Finance. She has two chihuahuas named Skye and Panda who are her world. Brooklyn enjoys fashion, music, and making hair styling tutorials. She is excited to be a part of the Victory Veterinary Clinic team. A fun fact about Brooklyn is that she once caught a shark in the ocean…with her bare hands!


Carmen Morgan, Veterinary Assistant

Carmen is one of our amazing veterinary assistants with five years of experience in veterinary medicine. She is a single mother to one beautiful little girl and eight pet “children”. She has had a passion for working with animals from a very young age, dealing with a variety of small animals, livestock and exotics.

In her free time, Carmen enjoys playing badminton, singing, deal shopping, spending time with her family and friends and of course hanging out with her two dogs (Copper and Arlo), two hamsters (Hazel and Mr. Pepper), and four cats (Lilly, Shay- Shay, Timmy, and Toothless).

Carmen is excited to be a part of the Victory Veterinary Clinic team and looks forward to working with you and your fur babies!
